DOE SEOC / COR No. 2024 - 03 - 830
150MWac Agrovoltaic Solar Power Project - General Santos City
DOE-SEOC & COR 2024-03-830
(Mother Company & Property Manager)
Subsidiary Companies:
Power2 150MW ~ 300MW Concepcion Solar Power Plant (ongoing development)
The proximity distance to the NGCP substation is maximum 10 kilometers
Power3 150MW Binuangan Solar Power Plant (ongoing development)
The proximity distance to the NGCP substation is maximum 10 kilometers
These current developments are located in Region 11, with a proximity distance maximum of 10km. from the Power2 and Power3 projects site to the new proposed substation of NGCP to be installed either in Barangay New Balamban or somewhere closer to our project sites in Maco, Davao de Oro . This information was known to us after we met with NGCP personnel in Manila to address the connectivity issues of these project developments. Embrace Nature Power Holdings has garnered a substantial number of hectares with the direct land claimants of a Public Domain Lands with registered CADT and now being processed with NCIP for the acquisition of a 25-year Tenurial Possessory Right for the project.
The current NGCP substation is already congested, so NGCP should install a new substation to cater the Solar developments in the region.
LGU-Approved Proposed Projects are:
Power2 150MW ~ 300MW Concepcion Solar Power Plant under Embrace Nature Power2 Corporation
Power3 150MW Binuangan Solar Power Plant under Embrace Nature Power3 Corporation
Embrace Nature Power Holdings Corporation (ENPHC) has secured possessory rights of the current 652 hectares, with planned expansion to other Barangays for an additional 400 hectares. ENPHC serves as the parent company and property manager for its subsidiary companies, as follows:
Embrace Nature Power1 Corporation with DOE-SEOC & COR No. 2024-03-830.
Embrace Nature Power2 Corporation SEC Reg. No. CS201618334
Embrace Nature Power3 Corporation SEC Reg. No. CS201618332
It is always understood that the major elements for a successful power plant installation rely primarily on the acquisition of Land Possessory Rights and Termination Point connectivity with the NGCP substation. The third critical element, the market, has already been addressed through government-mandated provisions for adopting Renewable Energy (RE) and various open market options established by regulatory agencies.
Success is built on resilience, as both are essential for progress. Past mistakes serve as valuable lessons, laying the foundation for a legacy of triumph and achievement. Intelligence alone is not enough - true wisdom lies in the ability to change course, eliminate negativity, including toxic influences, and focus solely on the light ahead. MOVING FORWARD...
